Zipp Integrated Valve Extenders

Zipp Integrated Valve Extenders work with tubular tires and inner tubes that have removable cores. For ease of use the core is located at the end of the valve extender. They are made of lightweight aluminum, feature an integrated air seal, and include two removable core wrenches.

Wheelbuilder installation tips:

A small amount of grease is required to seal the threads of the valve extension and valve core.

Sizes and wheelsets:

• 41mm (2g) for 404 model wheelsets
• 65mm (4g) for 808 model wheelsets
• Includes one extender and two removable core wrenches
