The lightweight Zipp 88 front road hub features high-precision Swiss bearings and a 17mm axle, creating one of the stiffest road hubs available. The Zipp 88 was designed with fully adjustable bearing preload via an ultra-fine threaded collar.

Zipp's larger Swiss-made bearings are two and a half times rounder than most others in the bike industry and yield a 28% higher load capacity.
