Custom Wheel Guarantee
Wheelbuilder guarantees all custom wheel products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.
We couldn't stay in business if we didn't build wheels that people absolutely love. Wheelbuilder was founded with the goals of building the world's best wheels and providing outstanding service to our customers. We take those goals seriously.
We proudly stand behind all our products and if you're not 100% happy with something you bought from Wheelbuilder, we'll do everything we can to make it right. If we've done everything we can to try to make you happy, but you're still not satisfied - we'll refund your money.
Return Policy
If you're not happy with your Wheelbuilder product, you can return it for a refund with the following limitations:
- Labor and shipping are not refundable.
- Spoke orders are non-refundable if spokes have been custom shortened by Wheelbuilder or have been laced and/or tensioned.
- The customer must prepay return shipments unless other arrangements are made with Wheelbuilder.
- You have 90 days from date of purchase to return parts and accessories
- If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at (626)442-4444, ext 3 for Customer Service so that we may promptly process for your return, replacement, and/or refund.

Repairs
If there is any problem with workmanship, we'll fix it at no charge to you.
Stuff happens. If you crash, run into a pothole, back your car into your bike, or do anything else to damage your Wheelbuilder wheel, we can usually repair it. We do repairs as quickly as possible and at reasonable rates.

Lifetime Truing
Wheelbuilder offers free lifetime truing for all custom-built wheels. We can confidently make this offer because a well-built wheel shouldn't need to be retouched after it leaves the builder's stand.
There's a common misconception that you need to bring back a hand built wheel after a break-in period for a "touch up." While it's possible that a wheel may need a slight adjustment from time to time, that is absolutely the exception, not the rule. Builders who require this extra step don't understand the spoke stress relieving process, so you do it by riding your bike. The Wheelbuilder process ensures that when we ship a customer's wheel, the spoke tension is uniformly balanced and set at a standard well beyond industry-tolerated values.
