PowerTap Disc Brake MTB Packages

When Saris needed a mountain version of their legendary PowerTap hub, they enlisted Wheelbuilder to lend a hand with engineering design. After months of grueling torture testing, the hubs proved themselves worthy for use in cycling's most punishing conditions. We're proud of our contribution to the design of the PowerTap Disc Brake Mountain hub.

All of our PowerTap builds take full advantage of hub design features that allow us to deliver maximum durability and help you remain ahead of the pack.

DT Swiss Rims
• XR 350 disc brake, cross country race
• XR 400 disk brake, cross country
• X-470 disc brake, 29er cross country
• EX 500 disc brake,  general training

Stan's No Tubes Rims
• Stan's No Tubes ZTR Alpine: 26", ultra-lightweight XC
• Stan's No Tubes ZTR Arch: 26" or 29er, aggressive XC 
• Stan's No Tubes ZTR Crest: 26" or 29er, lightweight XC

Enve Composites Carbon Rims
• Enve Composites XC UST Clincher: 26" or 29er, cross country use

Electronics:
• Hub Only: for athletes who already own an ANT+ receiver
• PowerTap Joule: includes PowerTap Joule 2.0 cycling computer, USB download cable, handlebar mount, PowerAgent software, Quick Start Guide and coded heart rate strap.
• Garmin Units: all ANT+ PowerTap hubs work with Garmin's Edge 800, Edge 500, Edge 705, 310XT and Forerunner 910XT GPS units.

Rim Tape and PowerTap Hub Cap Wrench are included with all custom built PowerTap wheels.
