PowerTap G3 Hub

The PowerTap G3 hub has been redesigned to optimize stiffness and weight. Hub flange spacing was increased to improve lateral wheel stiffness, while weight was reduced by 90g to bring the G3 down to an impressive 330g. Internal hub electronics were moved outboard and are housed safely within the Power Dome cap to allow easier service and battery replacement. Measurement accuracy is ±1.5%.

The PowerTap G3 hub is sold without additional external electronic displays or accessories, which can be purchased separately to customize your system.  Switching between bikes is as easy as swapping wheels and head units.

If you already own a Saris Joule or ANT+ Garmin computer, you can purchase the G3 hub à la carte and use your electronics seamlessly. All ANT+ PowerTaps work with Garmin’s Edge 800, Edge 705, Edge 500, Forerunner 310XT, and Forerunner 910XT GPS units.

Notes: The G3 hub is NOT compatible with older Yellow Cervo computers that came standard with Elite+, Pro+ and some SL+ hubs.   Only ANT+ compatible devices are compatible with the G3.
