DT Swiss Pro Lock Hexagonal 14mm aluminum nipples are ideally suited for wheels that need to be trued from the back of the rim. The patented DT Swiss Pro Lock system prevents loosening at the spoke-nipple connection.

DT Swiss aluminum pro lock hex nipples are available in black and red and are 100% Swiss made.

Aluminum nipples have about one-third the mass of a brass spoke nipple and save on the overall weight of a wheelset. However, alloy nipples are not recommended in wet or salty riding conditions due to corrosion potential.
