Return Policy

Wheelbuilder charges a 10% re-stocking fee on returned/unused items. Labor and shipping are NOT refundable on all custom built wheelsets. Spoke only orders are NOT refundable if spokes have been custom shortened by Wheelbuilder. Used wheels or other products are non-refundable. Return shipments must be prepaid by customer unless other arrangements are made with Wheelbuilder.
