DT Swiss XR 400 Rim

The XR 400 is DT Swiss' premium cross-country MTB rim designed for disc brake applications. This rim is an excellent choice if you're looking for a lightweight race day rim that's suitable for training.

We like building wheels with DT Swiss rims due to their extremely consistent weld joint and overall roundness. These characteristics allow us to build durable wheels with a high degree of precision and low spoke tension variance.

The XR 400 rim is suitable for disc brake cross-country applications where the rider is looking for the lightest, most durable wheel possible. This rim comes in black with a 28- or 32-hole count or white in 32-holes and can easily be converted for tubeless applications with the DT Swiss XR Tubeless Kit.

Note: The XR 400 was formerly called the DT Swiss XR 4.2d -- it's same great rim with a new name.
