Yes. You can use your existing ceramic bearings and reuse your existing non drive side end cap. You will need to use the 11 speed specific drive side end cap that is supplied with the new free hub body. With the 11 speed end cap, re-dishing should not be necessary, and any misalignment will be very slight.

Yes. This particular Specialized wheel uses a DT Swiss freehub body and this product is compatible.

If your existing hub uses the DT Swiss Star Ratchet drive mechanism, then yes, this freehub body with work. From the specs listed on the link you shared, the RRC725R does incorporate the DT Swiss Star Ratchet drive mechanism, so therefore this freehub body is compatible.

This freehub body will convert your existing 10spd DT Swiss 240s rear hub to 11spd. As long as the hub has been properly lubricated and serviced over the years, you should get many more years of service. A slight re-dish will be necessary.
