The 195g Ultremo ZX clincher tire does an exceptional job of blending low rolling resistance, durability, lightweight, and razor sharp handling into a competition born and race bred tire.
Schwalbe's High Definition Speed Guard (HD) puncture protection system greatly improves durability, yet at sub 200g these tires are extremely light and competition worthy.
Schwalbe uses their RaceStar Triple compound technology in the Ultremo ZX which employs a condensed section of rubber at the tire's center to provide low rolling resistance. The harder rubber compound allows the tire to roll with minimal effort as it controls tire deformation. The rubber compound gets progressively softer as it moves from the center of the tire to the outside providing exceptional grip while cornering.
The Schwalbe Ultremo ZX clincher tire is currently available in 700c x 23.
